FSK Digital Marketing provides digital services. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered after you pay.
After you pay
- You receive a payment confirmation, your order reference (FSK-xxxxx) and a GST invoice by email straight away.
- We contact you on WhatsApp or email, usually within one working day (Mon–Sat), to confirm scope and timeline and to collect the access and information we need.
How services are delivered
- Work is done online, directly in your accounts (for example, your Google Business Profile, website or ad accounts) or delivered as files, links or reports by email, WhatsApp or a shared folder.
- Delivery timelines are shown on each service page or confirmed in writing after payment. They start once we have the access and information we need.
- Monthly plans include a monthly report of the work done.
Customers outside India
We serve customers worldwide. All work is delivered online; time-zone differences may affect when we reply, but not the agreed timelines.
