These terms apply when you buy a service from FSK Digital Marketing through this website, by payment link, or under a written quote. By paying, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
FSK Digital Marketing is a sole proprietorship of Farrukh Jamal, registered under GST in Karnataka (GSTIN 29BDHPJ4553J1Z7). Registered office: 4th Floor, No. 5, 17th E Cross, 16th Main, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Madeena Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076.
2. Services and scope
Each service page lists what a package includes. The exact scope, timeline and any inputs we need from you are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) after payment. Work outside the confirmed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
3. Prices and GST
- Prices are set in Indian rupees (INR). GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Prices shown in other currencies (USD, AED, GBP, AUD) are converted from INR for your convenience. You are charged in INR unless the checkout clearly shows another currency; your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
- A GST tax invoice is emailed to you for every payment. If you give us your GSTIN at checkout, it is printed on the invoice.
- Third-party costs such as ad spend, domains, hosting, telephony, messaging or API usage are not included unless the package says so, and are paid by you directly to the provider or billed at cost.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed by PhonePe Payment Gateway for customers in India (UPI, cards, net banking) and by PayPal for customers outside India (cards and PayPal accounts). We never see or store your full card or bank details. A payment is confirmed only when the payment provider confirms it to us; you receive a reference number (FSK-xxxxx) and a GST invoice by email.
5. Monthly plans
- Monthly services can be bought for 1 month (paid once) or for 3, 6 or 12 months, billed monthly. The first month and any add-ons are paid on the day you start.
- Customers in India: nothing is debited automatically. Three days before each later month we email you a one-tap PhonePe payment link (UPI, card or net banking), with reminders on the due date and if it is overdue. If a month is not paid, we may pause the work until it is.
- Customers outside India: the plan is a PayPal subscription that charges your card or PayPal account once a month for the number of months you chose. You can cancel it in your PayPal account or by asking us.

6. What we need from you
- Accurate business information, timely approvals, and access to the accounts we work on (for example, Manager access to your Google Business Profile). We will never ask for your Google password.
- You confirm you have the right to the content, images and trademarks you give us to use.
- Delays in access or approvals extend our timelines by the same period.
7. Results
Search rankings, map positions, leads and ad results depend on Google, Meta and other platforms, on competition and on factors outside our control. We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard and reporting on it honestly; we do not guarantee a specific ranking, number of leads or revenue. We follow platform guidelines and do not use fake reviews or other prohibited tactics.
8. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, the deliverables made for you (content, designs, listings, reports) are yours. Our own templates, tools, know-how and software remain ours. Accounts created for your business are set up in your name or transferred to you.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information and account access confidential and use it only to deliver the service. You can remove our access at any time.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for actions taken by Google, Meta or other third-party platforms.
11. Ending the service
Either side may end a monthly service by notice before the next billing date. We may stop work if a payment fails or if continuing would breach the law or a platform’s policies; we will tell you why.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any concern with you directly; if that fails, the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown on this page on the day you paid.
